Dan Rigsby will be presenting "RESTing on the Web with WCF"

.Net 3.5 ushered in a new Web Programming Model for Wcf which extended the library to support REST, Json, and Syndication.  This session will dive into what this new model has to offer and how you can use it to extend the reach and scalability of your applications

Here is some more info about Dan:

Dan Rigsby is a Lead Software Engineer for Interactive Intelligence in Indianapolis, Indiana where he has been since March of 2000. Dan has been an avid .Net developer since late 2001 starting with ASP.Net, but today concentrates on sever side plumbing (Wcf), application architecture, and windows smart client applications. He has also been known to dabble heavily in xml, xslt, databases (his Master Degree focus), and other "buzzword" technologies. Dan is involved on the MSDN forums for Wcf and has reached the level of a 5 star moderator. He is also an officer at IndyNDA and is always eager to help out in the community. As a certified ScrumMaster, Dan has been involved in agile techniques and project management.  Meeting Notes Minimize

Wow!  What a great meeting we had tonight (uh...last night technically)!  Dan Rigsby came down from Indy to talk with us about WCF support for REST, officially titled "RESTing on the Web with WCF".

We had 13 people attend.  I want to say thank you very much to Keller Schroeder for bringing in Subway and drinks for everyone to enjoy!  We all thank you!  As always, if your company would like to sponser the food at one of our upcoming meetings, please contact me.
