This opening is with a shipping company on the SE side of Indianapolis that is wanting their e-commerce website revamped, upgraded, and relaunched.  They've been having difficulty with a third-party design firm for about a year now in getting it how they would like it, so they want to bring someone on staff to do it right.  Primary technologies used currently include .Net [ASP in particular], JavaScript, HTML, XHTML.  A Developer with an entrepreneurial spirit is ideal as the company is small, and they are looking for their Developer to own the project, make suggestions/improvements/modifications/design changes, complete assignments based on specs provided by the President of the company and more.  This is also a contract-to-hire scenario, with a salary between $65-75K depending on exp.
