We had 24 people attend th is month's meeting. Our topic this month was ASP.NET Atlas (AJAX), and it was presented by Herb Hollinger and Jeff Patterson. I'd like to thank both of those guys again for doing a great job. It takes a lot of time and effort to present a topic in front of a group and we all really appreciate it.
I'd also like to thank Keller Schroeder for supplying our group with pizza, breadsticks and drinks for this meeting. I know everyone really enjoyed it. In the future, if your company would be interested in supplying the group with food for our meeting contact me.
Once our website is up and running we'll have the presentation slides and samples for the meeting available so that you can download them. During our discussion Greg Reisz had said that there were sites where you can download progress images, to be used with the progress bar AJAX control. He sent those to me so here they are:
For next month's meeting Mark Davey will be presenting design patterns to the group. That was a really good topic for discussion in our September planning session so I'm sure everyone's excited to listen to that presentation.
